Working once again with our long-term partner Canary Wharf Contractors, Conneely Group is proud to have been awarded the ceiling and partition package for this 450 luxury apartment scheme. Rising 47 storeys in the heart of Wood Wharf, this impressive project has been specified using a full Siniat and Studco Vortex system.

We previously did other works for this site in a different section, One Park Drive. The entire site features residential, commercial, and retail spaces. The aim is to transform a previously underutilized area of this, into a vibrant waterfront district, utilizing innovative design and construction methods, including modular construction techniques.
