The company was founded more than 40 years ago in the plastering and drylining industry, and it has since expanded to become a multifaceted global leader in the specialised drylining, recladding, and facades industries.

The Conneely Group has unmatched knowledge, expertise, and experience in the drylining industry. As such, we are able to offer our clients the contract management, skills, supervision, and skilled operatives that have installed a variety of drylining systems safely and effectively.

Our reputation as a business that offers top-notch solutions to our clients has been cemented by our dedication, commitment to excellence, and track record of delivering results. Our wide range of services, which includes plaster finishes, suspended ceilings, plasterboard and screed, includes some of the most recognisable projects in the business.

Our Drylining services include:

Floor Screeding

We specialise in granolithic and self-levelling anhydrite screeds, which may be laid up to 1,000 square metres per day, as well as traditional sand and cement screeds that are applied by pump or by hand. The Conneely Group has established partnerships with authorised installers for various proprietary screed systems from industry leaders including Knopp, Mapei, Tarmac, CEMEX, and Ardex.

In order to apply self-levelling screeds and liquid applied systems from manufacturers including Mixit Cemfloor, Lafarge Gyvlon, Tarmac, CEMEX, Hope, and Flowcrete, we have designated flowing screed teams through this relationship.

The Conneely Group is authorised to install dry screed board systems in addition to wet screeds. Our company still relies heavily on floor screeds since they have the expertise to work on a variety of tasks.

Partitioning

Drylining methods are appropriate for a wide range of building types, including new construction, renovations, and classic and modern architectural styles. It is simple and easy to adjust for height, heat, fire, sound, and vapour permeability performance. Various solutions are available to fulfil a variety of design objectives at a reasonable cost, contingent upon the specific requirements of the project.

Partitioning is a quick and easy solution to set up space in your home, office, or recreational areas. Our metal stud partition systems are non-load-bearing and consist of plaster boards screwed to steel frames composed of light-weight channels and studs. The full spectrum of plasterboards, including those with sound absorption and fire resistance, can be used with these systems. Because of the way this system is designed, erection may occur quickly and effectively with the least amount of disruption to the surrounding region.

The three top manufacturers in the drywall market, Knauf, Siniat, and British Gypsum, have various solutions that the Conneely Group can install with ease.

Suspended Ceilings

The Conneely Group regularly supplies and installs a wide range of ceilings, each one specifically designed to satisfy the specifications and aesthetic requirements required by both clients and architects. These can include curving bulkheads, inspection hatches, lighting coffers, and a variety of other features. They can also take the form of suspended ceiling systems or more traditional methods.

There are several types of ceilings, such as metal lay-in tile grid systems and MF metal grid systems with a plaster board finish.

British Gypsum, Knauf/Knauf AMF, Siniat, Rockfon, Ecophon, Armstrong, SAS, and Burgess are some of our manufacturers.

Plastering

Plastering is still the foundation of our company, and all of our employees have received the highest level of training, which enables them to produce professional work.

Among the more popular methods in contemporary building are a two-coat float and set, or a skim coat of plaster that can be laid over ordinary plasterboard. We have experience plastering more complex jobs where accuracy is crucial, in addition to large, level surfaces.

We also take great satisfaction in our knowledge and proficiency in applying “Polished” plaster, which provides an unparalleled finish.

Jointing and Tape

Covering and strengthening the connections between plasterboard sheets on a wall or ceiling is known as “tape and jointing.” This technique is a quick and affordable substitute for a skim coat of plaster when preparing a wall for decoration.

Nowadays, this finishing technique is required for both cost and schedule benefits on most high-rise, quick-turnaround projects nationwide.
