Description:

A significant mixed-use development located alongside the Wenlock Basin of Regent’s Canal, this project included 327 new homes across four blocks, ranging from seven to 10 storeys, with rooftop play areas and terraces, as well as nearly 6,000 sq. ft. of commercial space and 15,000m² of mixed façade.

Internally, Conneely Group provided a full Siniat specification, including I-stud and security mesh to meet the highest quality and security standards, finished with plaster skim.

Externally, Conneely Group installed the SFS, upon which an architecturally stunning mixed façade was constructed. This included the fusion and interface of Corten weathering steel with Western Red Cedar, Corium brick slips in four colours, Trespa High Pressure Laminate boards, and Envirowall insulated render.
