This project involved the construction of 1,093 student accommodation rooms, along with a sixth form college, office space, and a health suite, all within a 22-storey tower located at the mouth of Westminster Bridge.

Conneely Group provided a full Knauf internal specification, including staggered I-studs and plaster skim to achieve curved finishes on many of the external walls. For the college areas, we installed a Burgess clip-in perforated aluminum tile ceiling system, with detailed bulkheads and three-sided coffers featured in the college atrium and swimming pool areas.
