Conneely Group is proud to provide the full design and build services for the re-cladding of Vantage Point.

With our extensive experience and expertise in fire safety, we have been entrusted by the Housing Association to remove the existing cladding and upgrade the insulation on this impressive 13-storey building.

As Principal Contractor, we are responsible for resident liaison, leading the design team, and coordinating with planners, building control, and Network Rail to ensure the works are completed on time, within budget, and with minimal disturbance.

This project involves the removal, labeling, and safe storage of approximately 11,000m² of NBK Terracotta tiles for reuse. Any defects found in the existing build, such as ineffective deflection head details and missing fire breaks, have been addressed in collaboration with the design team.
