Description:

This project was a 16-month contract to create 249 premium apartments for rent on the banks of Deptford Creek in Greenwich.

The project spanned two blocks, 35 floors, and roof terraces, covering 15,000sqm of façade design and installation. The final design utilized an SFS Metsec framework with a Corium brick system in both Buff and Green Glazed finishes. Panel work was also designed and installed using bespoke Dekton panels, curtain walling, and Petrarch panels. To complete the project, we installed the glasswork and bespoke revolving doors.
