Description:

This project was a full façades package for three blocks: a high-rise residential block of 19 levels, a hotel with 6 levels, and a low-rise residential and cinema building spanning 3 levels.

Conneely Group provided Metsec, uniform windows and doors, GRC, Parex, and Thermawood cladding systems. The package also included glass balustrades and louvres, curtain walling for commercial areas, and Alsecco brick slips on insulated render. All secondary steelwork was provided, including stainless steel soffits and motifs.
