Southbank Place Building 5 is the final phase of the Southbank Place development.

It sits at 15 stories tall with 88 luxury apartments, ranging from one to four bedrooms. The apartments will span Levels 01 to 11, with four super prime double height penthouse suites situated on the upper levels.

A retail space is located on the ground level and the property itself is situated on the South Bank of the Thames.

This is our second project with McAleer & Rushe, and we are proud to have been awarded the ceilings and partition package for this project.
