The project was comprised of 639 apartments, maisonettes, and penthouses across 4 blocks, including a residents’ clubhouse in a riverfront regeneration area.

This project demanded the highest level of quality finish. Conneely Group efficiently delivered a full British Gypsum specification for all internal walls, with detailed bulkheads and coffers in the ceilings, incorporating shadow gap detailing, reaching, and exceeding all demands.
