Grove Crescent is a façade works project located in Stratford, London, we are currently helping deliver for Watkin Jones. The building provides 397 student bedrooms across three blocks (241 cluster en‑suite bedrooms and 156 studio apartments)

Our scope for this project includes the installation of a steel framing system (SFS), brick slip cladding, stone cladding, and aluminium cladding. The works also feature stone and aluminium copings, creating a robust and visually striking external envelope that blends contemporary and traditional materials.
