Description:

This construction involved a 15,000m² cladding system across 3 blocks, consisting of 540 apartments and large penthouses up to 10 storeys, along with a leisure centre, restaurants, and commercial units.

Conneely Group delivered an architecturally challenging, high-quality mixed façade, installing an SFS system on which the cladding was constructed. This included Zinc and PPC cladding panels, granite composite panels, oak timber, and insulated render.
