Description:

This project was a construction of 482 apartments across 5 blocks, including 2 towers, each 30 storeys high.

The project employed the ‘Jump Factory’ methodology, creating a factory-floor environment on a traditional construction site. This approach raised the bar in terms of health and safety, delivered programme savings, and ensured consistent quality in a continuously watertight environment. Conneely provided a full Knauf specification, with a spray plaster finish applied throughout the entire development.
