Description:

The Data Centre facility will house data processing equipment (telecommunications and computers), that will serve various businesses and enterprises that deliver online data services to the area.

The main Data centre building will be six floors high, each at 5.925 meters in height, with roof top equipment installed on a platform to provide airflow for proper operation. The building will include some completely fitted out floors and some partially fitted-out floors with the remaining space being fitted out as demand dictates.

The building will be cladded in a Q-biss one composite panel, with Brickslips at lower levels. A Schuco Curtain walling system will also be used in areas across the building.
