This project was a construction of 216 luxury, bespoke residential apartments and penthouses across six blocks, including a full health and leisure facility, at a flagship development on London’s iconic Strand.

Conneely Group provided a full British Gypsum specification to the highest standards of soundproofing and quality throughout. The design and installation included detailed curved bulkheads and GRG domed ceilings, double-stepped coffers, and light troughs for the apartments, penthouses, communal areas, and specialist ceilings in wet areas, including the basement swimming pool.
